Product Description

Ceramic Rubber Embedded Steel Liner is also called Three-in-one wear-resistant ceramic liner. The special ceramic sheet is embedded into the special rubber through vulcanization process to form a square wear-resistant rubber-ceramic compound, and then fixed on the inner shell steel plate of the equipment by welding or pasting to form a strong and cushioned wear-resistant layer.

Fixed Method

(1) Planting bolts on the mounting surface of the steel plate to fix the liner to the equipment substrate;

(2) Weld the steel plate mounting surface to the equipment substrate directly.

(3) According to the installation position of the equipment substrate, reserve bolt holes on the liner plate, and after the liner plate is installed, use high strength adhesive at the reserved holes to cover the wear-resistant ceramics in the openings.

Note:
